I have fond memories of growing up with Andrea. We spent many summer evenings running around their family property, playing dolls when we were young and building campfires in our youth years. Always lots of fun. Andrea was always warm and kind. Praying for Linda, Caryn and the family.

So many memories come to me, you were my greatest friend from our earlier years into teens. I will always remember the many great sleepover weekends at your place. We always laughed so hard we hurt and we'd talk and share everything. We always found a way to use our crafting skills, painting or creating something. We lost touch over the years, but you've always been in my heart.
Sending my thoughts, love and prayers to Linda, Caryn and the family.

Andrea is such a huge part of my memories, and so much a part of who I have become. My best friend all through our teens. I am so glad I got to adventure with her and so sad she had to leave us so early and so quickly. My heart goes out to all who love her, especially Linda, Caryn and her family.
I could never pick one memory to share, but our last time spent together, when we toured Italy, will always make me laugh, so I'm sharing some pictures from that trip that I feel everyone that knew Andrea will understand - like the time she made me touch a live gecko on a drainpipe in Rome (she insisted it was the geocache - it wasn't!). A picture of her holding a fake spider we found after the gecko scurried away was the only triumphant geocache we found despite following her phone to some sketchy areas of Rome that night.
Experiencing a rural cafe breakfast on our bus tour (and then our first squat toilets after drinking way too much coffee).
We splurged on a private hour long tour of the Venice canals by water taxi and felt like movie stars, then got lost following a maze to an incredible restaurant hidden way off the tourist pathway where we ate some sort of fresh pasta that tasted just like Wreniki.
Finally, a shared hotel room overlooking the Piazza della Repubblica in Florence with a merry-go-round and music drifting up. We sat on the bed and spent time in deep conversation about our lives and shared our hearts. It had been a long time since we had seen one another and that evening we caught up on all the small things and big things. Time changed us, and we weren't as close as we had been, but we still had all the shared memories that formed us.
I can hear her say 'Hi, Friend!' in her cheery voice as she stepped off the train in Rome at the start of our last adventure, and I knew we were going to have so much fun. Thank you for our time together, friend, and for allowing me to be part of so many moments with you. Love you.

My deepest condolences to Andrea’s family - I had the privilege of knowing her at work which is where I was able to see firsthand how caring she was towards young children. She always had an open door for a chat at the end of the day.

I remember Andrea as a child and then just last summer when she and Linda visited in Nova Scotia. Andrea still had the same open heart, easy smile and desire to engage. She will be sorely missed.

Andrea has always been a beautiful soul. Her smile infectious, her heart worn on her sleeve. Andrea spent a lot of time in our home as a youth. Started out as a piano student & ended up being a teachers assistant helping younger students with their music lessons. We lost touch with her over the years but have always held her close in our hearts. I am incredibly saddened by the news of her passing. Our thoughts & prayers are with the family. Rest in peace sweet Andrea. We love you.

I saw Andrea each week at Kid's Club making every effort to connect with a Cubbie. She would be sitting on the floor, or with a child perched on top of something so she could be face to face. She was tall so this took effort. She was the "child whisperer" as Amanda described. Matthew 25:23 fits..."Well done good and faithful servant..."

Andrea led the first Bible study I ever attended and she was always so organized and prepared for discussions - her love for the Lord was always evident! Our family has also been extremely blessed by Andrea (aka the “baby whisperer!”) as she served in Kids Ministry. She had a true gift and will be greatly missed ♥

I've only had a few interactions with Andrea when I would drop my 4-year-old for Kids Club, but I felt right away what a special and wonderful person she was. So when I found out the news, my heart hurt. But I can't forget to rejoice that she is home with our Saviour. We will see you soon, Andrea.

Andrea was a light & she shined in Kids’ Ministry. I showed my daughter the picture attached, and she told me “that’s my nice teacher and she has sparkly nails!”. She will be deeply missed.

Andrea was also skilled in the outdoors! She came on a cottage retreat with our ministry team and she was the one I depended on to build our camp fires. She even repaired our canoe with duck tape!

When my dad was dying Andrea made our family shepards pie. She had put cheese on the top. We had never thought of adding cheese but it was delicious. To this day I think of Andrea when I add cheese to my shepards pie. Andrea always had a smile on her face. She was a kind and beautiful person. She will be missed by many.
