Obituary of Marjorie Hanson

After a courageous battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis, Marjorie passed away on April 30, 2025 with family by her side at the age of 67. 

Loving mom of Anthony Taylor (Hayley Tuer) and Jennifer Taylor (Dwight Flett).  Proud Grandma of Reign and bonus grandsons Axel and Lawson. Survived by siblings David (Annette) Hanson, and Gerry (Shari) Hanson and sister-in-law, Sue Hanson. Predeceased by her parents Richard and Elizabeth Hanson, and siblings John Hanson, and Cheryl Hanson. Special Aunt of Liane (Dillon), Chelsea, Michael (Terra), Shaye, and Keara.  She will also be missed by extended family and friends, especially Simonne and Kathy and her baby, Kiea.  

Marj was an avid reader and especially enjoyed the works of Danielle Steel and Nora Roberts. She loved her dog, Kiea, immensely and will miss her dearly.

As per her wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at a later date.
