I had the privilege of caring for Heather for a short time, but even in that brief period, she made a lasting impression on me. She had a wonderful sense of humor—quick, sharp, and full of life. I feel grateful to have met her. She spoke proudly of her family, especially her two sons and their families, and you could hear the love in her voice every time she mentioned them.
To her family: please accept my heartfelt condolences. I hope it brings you some comfort to know that her warmth, humor, and kindness touched everyone around her—including those of us who were only in her life for a short time.
