I was Mia’s organizer for 5 years, she was a dear person and I treasured our time together. Her donations of items that did not serve her any longer went to people who needed them and loved them. I will truly miss our time together. Sarah Aziz Simplysarahe

Although we crossed paths briefly, I could tell she was a gentle, genuine soul.
When dealing with a matter, she paused, and asked me how I was doing! This touched me more than she could have ever known. I had never ever been asked that question from any manager at my employment.
I was deeply saddened at hearing of her passing & hope she is at peace & in a better place.
We aren't here for a long time & cherish people that leave an imprint on our hearts!
She will be missed

We only knew Mia for 1 year as we became her neighbour's 2 doors down. She was always so kind and friendly and helpful. As fellow cat lovers we shared many cat and kitten stories. We are profoundly sad and will miss her gentle and genuine presence. Our deepest condolences to her entire family and friends. RIP Mia.

Though it's difficult to put into words, I want to thank you for the kindness, joy, and friendship you shared with everyone around you. Your life was a blessing, and your faith was evident in the way you lived. While my heart is saddened that we won't have another conversation this side of heaven, I find comfort in knowing you are now in the presence of the Lord, where there is no more pain or sorrow. Until we meet again, may you rest in His perfect peace. You will be deeply missed, fondly remembered, and never forgotten.

I want to extend my deepest condolences to Mia’s family. Mia was an extraordinary person who brought so much warmth and light to work, and my thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.
Seeing Mia at work was always a highlight. She had a rare, beautiful soul and a heart of absolute gold. Every time I saw her, she’d genuinely ask how I was doing, what was new in my life, and how my kids were and she remembered every single detail we ever spoke about. She had an incredible way of making you feel completely seen and special.
Her kindness was effortless and immediate. I’ll never forget when we were talking and a boy fell off his bike nearby; without a second thought, Mia rushed over to make sure he was okay and got him first aid. She always put others first and was a truly genuine, good-hearted person.
I am really going to miss you, Mia. Your encouragement and support meant so much, and I will always appreciate what a wonderful and kind person you were.
