Colleen Campo posted a condolence

Nina Hoppe was a familiar name in our home over 50 years ago. My mother was a Beauty Counsellor representative and Nina was her mentor. Nina was such a beautiful, kind woman and she and my mom became good friends. My mother died at the age of 46 in 1977 and Nina kept in contact with our family for many years. We were a young family devastated by the loss of our mom. I will never forget her kindness and she was such a woman of grace. My mother was full of fun and always getting into mischief....Nina would delight in my mom’s antics but always stood firm in her presentation of “properness” which would make my mom up the ante. They enjoyed each other’s company and much laughter could be heard from this unlikely pair. I am so sorry for your loss but know that I am thinking of you all. Sincerely, Colleen Dufour Campo. Daughter of Clotilde “Tillie” Dufour ( 1931- 1977)
