Obituary of Thomas "Tom" Carter

Passed away on April 11, 2017 at 72 years of age. Loving son of the late Catherine and John Wesley Carter. Cherished brother of Carol Carter, John Carter and wife Maureen, Alan Carter, the late Rosemary Stuckey and husband Barry, Bob Carter and Elaine Carter. Also survived by nieces, nephews and many cousins. As you were all aware, Tom lived a life fraught with mental illness however this did not take away from his ability to live that life to its fullest. Tom remained happy with his brother Alan during his last few years at Leamington Lodge. He was truly “quite the character” and will be sadly missed by all. Cremation has taken place. Interment of cremated remains to take place at a later date at Victoria Memorial Gardens. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Cremation Society of Windsor & Essex County.
